Franco Andres

Franco has been with the Cody & Sons team since May of 2018. He is a Certified Technician and also EPA and NATE certified. He began in the industry specializing in working on ice machines. He has been serving in an apprentice role to gain experience in residential and commercial HVAC and will be working on his own truck in early 2019. He enjoys the science of how HVAC works and the fact that there is something new to learn everyday in the industry. Franco was born in Mexico and has been in Dallas since 1994. He and his wife have 2 children, one boy and one girl, that he enjoys spending all of his free time with.




Robin Cody
Robin is our Director of Marketing and Business Development. She joined the company to help spread the word about our business and manage new developments as our small family company grows. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington with a specialization in Advertising. She is also married to one of our plumbers, Phillip and they have two sons, Cameron and Knox. She is an Oak Cliff native who worked previously for Vet Stop Animal Clinic for many years as Office Manager and also at Cowboys & Indians Magazine.

Cody Nicholson

Cody is a Journeyman plumber that has been with our company since his apprenticeship. He gained experience in contracting and maintenance while working for his family’s property management group. He has excelled at learning the plumbing trade, earning his Tradesman after just over 2 years as an apprentice and quickly moving up to his Journeyman. He is a great asset to the team. He is a hardworking and dependable family man, and always goes out of his way to assist our customers and the entire team.

Support Team

Bradley Cody
Brad is also a grandson of Bill Cody and has been around the business since he was a child. He spent many summers at the office where his Nanny and Dad also worked. He obtained his Journeyman license in 2007 and has been with the company for seven years. Brad is a hard worker who has recently shown an increasing desire to further himself in his career and plans to train for his Masters license. Brad will always make sure your plumbing problems are swiftly solved.

Randy Cody

Owner/CEO, Responsible Master Plumber
Randy is the second of Bill’s three sons and took over the business in 1999 with his brother Gary, who later retired. Randy worked summers at the company from the time he was 13, receiving his Journeyman license in 1976. He became a Master plumber in 2000 and he has been full time with the company for 40 years. He believes in maintaining the same outstanding workmanship and customer service his father taught him, working tirelessly to make sure our company stays built on honesty, integrity and fairness.

Michael Taylor

Michael received his certification in HVAC from Lincoln Tech in 2014. He is a Certified Technician by the TDLR as well as EPA and NATE certified. He joined the team at Cody & Sons in early 2017 and has proven to be a great addition. He has a great personality that matches his work ethic and he strives to be the best. He loves to sing and you can often hear that he has returned to the office before you see that he has returned. He is an honest, friendly face who is looking forward to serving you! 

Frank Woodson

Frank joined the Cody & Sons team in August of 2018 as an apprentice. He is originally from Dallas and graduated from Red Oak High School in 2004 and currently resides in Mesquite. He decided to get into plumbing because it's a great trade to learn and he loves to work with his hands. He's always liked to know how things operated as well as how to fix them. He enjoys watching college football (huge Texas Longhorns fan) in his free time. He is also into cars and riding his motorcycle.

Trevor Green

Trevor is a registered plumbing apprentice who joined the Cody & Sons team in 2015. He has been in the plumbing industry since 2013. What he enjoys most about plumbing is helping people. He finds it to be a very satisfying job because he can take a look back at the end of the day and see what he's done and how many people he has helped. He is studying now for his Journeyman exam. His goal is to become a  Master plumber.  In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his family.

Jeff Boyd

Jeff is an HVAC technician that joined our team in 2016. He returned to the HVAC industry after a long period of working in the  telecommunications field. His previous experience in HVAC was with his family where he learned the trade from his father. He is a Registered Technician, and is EPA and NATE certified He is very skilled in new installations and is also great with estimates. He is from the Waxahachie area where he resides with his wife and sons. He is always kind and friendly and we are very lucky to have him on our team.


Phillip Cody

Owner, Plumbing Service Manager

Phillip has been in the plumbing business since1998. He is Randy Cody's son and has been around the family plumbing business since he was born. He is a natural leader and known for his genuine and upfront nature. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and a true craftsman. You can trust that he will give you the right price upfront and do your work skillfully. Phillip became a Journeyman Plumber in 2001 and a third-generation Master Plumber in 2014.

Celeste Acocella

Celeste joined the team in 2018 and is our Plumbing Dispatcher/CSR. She got started in the industry shortly after she graduated from Mesquite High School, working for another family owned HVAC business. She moved to the plumbing side of dispatching in 2013 and really enjoyed the fast paced, problem solving aspect, as well as helping customers in their time of need. She was born and raised in Mesquite, has done quite a bit of traveling, and lives currently in Forney with her boyfriend Wes and daughter Lilly.

Katherine McCrorey

Katie has been in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry her entire life. She's done everything from working in the field, to new construction and working in the office, where she is now our HVAC Dispatcher. Her passion is to provide the best customer service possible to help solve the problems you are having. She has a family of 4 that drives her to work hard and be the best that she can. She loves spending time with her kids, teaching them about life and watching them learn and grow. She joined the team in 2018, but she sees herself working here for a very long time. She loves the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of work we strive to provide; and she's grateful to be apart of this team. 

Christopher Champion

Chris grew up in Bogalusa, LA with his grandparents, but he was born here in Dallas. He moved back here in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina devastated his hometown. He attended trade school at North Texas Job Corp and Local 190. He decided to pursue residential plumbing and became an apprentice at a local residential plumber before joining our team in June 2018 as an apprentice. He and his wife have one young son and another son that is due in early 2019. His favorite thing about residential plumbing is walking into someone's house that is disappointed with their problem and making sure that by the time he leaves, they have a smile on their face. 

Matthew Allen

Matt is a registered plumbing apprentice who joined the Cody & Sons team in 2017. He is working diligently towards obtaining his Journeyman license. He has quickly picked up on the plumbing trade and is excelling as an apprentice. He has lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area most of his life. He graduated from Mansfield Timberview High School. He is a family man with 2 healthy boys. He resides with his family in East Texas where he enjoys spending time at the lake fishing and swimming. 

James McDaniel
James worked many years ago for Bill Cody and left to pursue another career in the telecom industry. He returned in 2015 as a Plumbing Apprentice with a lot of experience already under his belt. In October of 2016, James completed enough hours to take his Journeyman exam and he passed with flying colors. We are very excited to have another licensed plumber on our team that is Cody & Sons trained. He is an excellent technician that continues to better himself by pursuing the training and skills to further his career.

Mark Burke

Owner, Plumbing Service Manager

Mark Burke has been part of the Cody team since 2004.  It was an exciting invitation to join Cody & Sons because Mark and Phillip, Bill’s grandson, have been friends since a young age and began their plumbing careers together in 1999 as new construction plumbers. For Mark, the idea of joining the Cody business was more about joining a family he had grown to love. Mark became a Journeyman Plumber in 2001 and a Master Plumber in 2010. As part of the Cody team, he has been highly focused on service plumbing and remodeling projects. His goals remain to provide top quality products and to ensure his customers receive excellent service—all while keeping that “I can do that” attitude.

Devon Fuller
Devon started as a painter at our office shortly after graduating from Denton High School, while attending college courses. She began assisting in the office with paperwork and eventually answering phones. In one year she quickly learned the ups and downs of managing the office, accounting, and dispatching. She is now excelling as the full-time Accounts Manager.  She is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the business. If she can’t answer your question, she will figure out how!

Shawn Allen

Shawn joined the Cody & Sons team in June of 2018. He has been in plumbing since 2004. He is currently a Journeyman plumber and is studying to take his Master exam in January. Becoming an RMP and owning his own company are his goals for the future. His plumbing expertise is in slab leak location and he is also great with the sewer camera. He has a lovely wife of 12 years and 3 sons. He is very involved in his boy's football and baseball teams, and his favorite way to spend his free time is at the lake with his family.

Eric Raymond

Eric joined our team in June of 2018 when three people he used to work with came over and loved the place. He now loves working here too! He has been in plumbing since 2003 and was drawn to the industry because of the career opportunity with great pay that does not require a college degree. He attended trade school prior to his apprenticeship and is currently licensed as a Journeyman plumber. He has a lovely wife and 2 children, a girl and a boy. He enjoys helping customers and getting fired up for the day in the morning with the guys. He believes in doing your job to the best of your ability, showing up to work every day that you can, and being on time.  

Felipe Valadez

Felipe was born and raised in Dallas. He is a Certified ACR technician and also EPA and NATE certified. He has been in the HVAC field since 2008 because it is something he loves and enjoys doing. He his happily married to an amazing wife, Gabriela. They have two dogs and plan to have children in the future. He is a die hard Cowboys, Mavs, and Rangers fan. His favorite sport, however, is soccer. He is very active in his church, and his relationship with God is his top priority. He is very excited to be a part of the Cody & Sons team, and is looking forward to using his skills to help others. 


Fabiola Garcia

Fabiola is our HVAC Dispatcher/CSR. She has lived in Dallas, Texas her whole life, and is a happy wife and mother of 2 children. She came across the opportunity to join the Cody & Sons team in 2016 because she was literally the girl next door, living next to the home office. She has worked in customer service for 7 years and enjoys being able to help customers and people in general. She has a positive attitude and is ready to be of any assistance to the company and to the customers!

Aaron Garcia

Aaron is one of Bill Cody's great grandsons, the son of Randy's wife, Louise. He studied HVAC at the Lindsey Cooper School of Heating & Air and he has received his universal EPA license and NATE certification. He began his career at Cody & Sons in plumbing, but found he had a knack for HVAC instead. He still maintains his plumbing apprentice registration and is our only HVAC tech that has plumbing training as well. He is our tune up expert and is well on his way to a lead HVAC tech position. He has two beautiful children with our accounts manager, Devon and he enjoys spending time with them in his off time.


Cameron Cody

Cameron is a great grandson of our founder, Bill Cody. He worked at Cody & Sons during the summer in high school and has been around the business most of his life. When he graduated from Clear Creek High School in League City, Texas in 2017, he moved to Waxahachie with his father, Phillip Cody, and joined the team as a full time plumbing apprentice. He is interested in becoming a fourth generation master plumber and studying business. He also enjoys taking flying lessons and visiting his family in Houston in his free time. 

Tony Shepherd

HVAC Service Manager

Tony joined the team in 2014 to expand our business to heating and air. He has been in the HVAC industry since 2000. He holds an Associates of Applied Science in Residential Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and is a licensed Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor. Tony is an expert in his trade and excellent with customers, willing to go the extra mile and works hard to help customers as promptly as he can. He is also very active in his Duncanville community.
